BASIC STEWARD TRAINING (two days)
Designed for new stewards or a refresher for experienced stewards. Curriculum includes: Talking to Members; Union Building; Mobilization & Workplace Action; Roles, Rights and Responsibilities of a Steward; Duty of Fair Representation; Investigatory Meetings; Grievance Process, Investigation & Presentation.
